[Sublime text 3] 윈도우 탐색기 컨텍스트 메뉴에 추가하기

1. bat파일( ex) OpenWithSublimeText3.bat )을 생성하고 아래 텍스트를 복사한다.

2. 생성한 bat 파일을 관리자 권한으로 실행 한다.
